**Financial Analyst Position:**

The role of Equity Research Analyst is pivotal in building and maintaining the firm's equity research capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate financial models with scenario analysis, conducting DCF, relative, SOTP, and other relevant valuation methods, and providing thorough investment ideas and stock updates to Portfolio Managers (PMs) and Chief Investment Officers (CIOs).

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing complex, error-free financial models with well-defined revenue/cost driver assumptions.
  • Conducting earnings sensitivity analysis and providing own valuation views after conducting relative, DCF-based or industry-appropriate valuations.
  • Creating logical and structured reports that require minimal rework and presenting findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent financial modeling and research report-writing/presentation making skills.
  • Able to think through drivers and KPIs across broad ranges of sectors.
  • Good client relationship management skills and communication skills.
  • Numerical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to handle multiple workflows with tight deadlines.
