The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in construction technologies, design, MEP, finishes, and execution. They will be conversant with various software tools, including acad, excel, MS Projects, and Primavera.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of heading large-scale projects, with a focus on team building, leadership, and strategy development. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be articulate in their intent.

We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven individual who can work effectively with high-end consultants and leading operators. The role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in managing end-to-end projects from conception to completion.
