We're seeking a proactive and creative Project Manager to lead our Social Media Team. If you're passionate about digital marketing, brand building, and content strategy, this could be the perfect role for you.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding and engagement metrics, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is also essential.
- Lead a team
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines
- Track and report campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team
The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have a basic understanding of design principles (Canva/Adobe Suite preferred).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media project management or digital content production
- Experience with performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Strong understanding of branding and engagement metrics
- Basic design knowledge (Canva/Adobe Suite preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be currently based in Goa or willing to relocate immediately
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance incentives.
