Job Description

As a project manager in our social media team, you will lead a team of video editors, graphic designers, and social media executives. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and manage content calendars for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more. You will also run and optimize paid ad campaigns using performance marketing tools like Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Your tasks will include ensuring that all creative outputs meet our brand guidelines, tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team for integrated campaigns. Additionally, you will develop and implement effective content strategies to engage our audience and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of video editors, graphic designers, and social media executives
  • Plan and manage content calendars for various platforms
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns using performance marketing tools
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media project management or digital content production. You should also have a strong understanding of branding and engagement metrics, as well as basic design knowledge (preferably using Canva or Adobe Suite).

You must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. It would be an added advantage if you are currently based in Goa or willing to relocate immediately.

Benefits
