Job Title Project Manager Location Goa Employment Type Full-Time Experience Level 5-8 years preferred Department PMO Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning execution and delivery of technology-driven projects The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams manage budgets and timelines and ensure that all project goals align with business objectives Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects from initiation through delivery Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders Create detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation Monitor project progress identify risks issues and implement mitigation plans Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders Ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within budget Coordinate with development infrastructure QA and business teams Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare executive updates Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and best practices Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology Business or a related field PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred Proven experience 5 years in IT project management Strong understanding of software development life cycle SDLC Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills Proficient in project management tools e g JIRA MS Project Asana Trello
