We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that all project goals align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience of 5 years in IT project management.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools, e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello.
