Business Leader - New Business Generation

We are seeking a skilled business leader to drive new business generation and growth in our organization. This role will involve leading discussions with senior executives, identifying key decision makers, and determining the best services and products to meet client needs.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate relationship management, domain knowledge, and technical skills such as MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discussions with senior executives to identify new business opportunities.
  • Determine the best services and products to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

This role also requires a deep understanding of employer markets and their unique demands and purchasing styles. Experience in insurance companies or broking companies is preferred, as is a proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

Requirements:
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Experience in Insurance Companies/Insurance Broking company.
  • Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with teams at all levels to effectively close business.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive market environment.
  • Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
