Key Role:
A dynamic Retention Associate Manager sought to foster trusted relationships with enterprise clients, drive renewal and retention strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze churn risks, implement proactive retention measures, and resolve escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Align solutions with client needs through close work with product, compliance, and cyber risk advisory teams.
- Monitor key account health metrics and create action plans for improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B client retention, account management, or customer success, preferably in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Risk Advisory services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.), and enterprise risk management.
- Proven track record of managing client renewals and reducing churn in a B2B environment.
