Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicedesk Manager to lead our soft services operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and coordinating multiple service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate servicedesk functions including reception, mail services, cleaning, catering, security, and landscaping.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all servicedesk functions.
  • Oversee service providers and contractors, ensuring they meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budgets for servicedesk functions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to servicedesk functions, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols within servicedesk operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of servicedesk functions with overall facility management.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, costs, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicedesk management or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of servicedesk operations, including reception, mail services, cleaning, catering, security, and landscaping.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience in contract management and vendor relations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IFMA, BIFM).
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives in facility management.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
