Job Description:

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing timely and effective assistance. This position involves handling guest inquiries, offering information, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Facilitation: Coordinate arrival and departure activities for VIPs and CIPs, ensuring an outstanding travel experience.
  2. Information Dissemination and Guidance: Oversee guest movements, collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations, and provide directions and answers related to services and facilities.
  3. Crisis Management: Assist in managing guest-related incidents during crises, providing clear and calm information and directions to guests.
  4. Smooth Passenger Movement: Manage the flow of passengers during peak times and special events, ensuring minimal delays for VIPs and CIPs.
  5. Data Reporting and Generation: Ensure timely and accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of guest feedback and service performance data.

 

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery.
