Job Summary
  • This full-time on-site position is located in Jaipur and Gurugram.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for long haul and short haul destinations.
  2. Design a customized itinerary based on customers' requirements.
  3. Ability to convince customers and deliver assigned sales targets consistently.
  4. Proactively identify new business opportunities to increase sales.
  5. Represent company values while speaking to customers.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams like operations, product, and supply to achieve organizational goals.
