We are seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to lead our revenue growth strategy across a diverse portfolio of upscale and boutique hotels in India.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-property revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
- Proven track record of improving revenue growth, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Deep knowledge of revenue management systems, distribution channels, and digital revenue tools.
