Job Opportunity:
Revenue Growth SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to lead our end-to-end revenue growth strategy. As a seasoned expert in HubSpot implementation, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing marketing, sales, and service hubs to ensure seamless integration and revenue growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement HubSpot systems for full-funnel revenue operations
- Design and optimize lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing
- Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations
- Integrate with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses)
- Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages
- Develop real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-hub HubSpot setups
- Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling
- Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs)
