Position Overview

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will collaborate closely with the CTO and product managers to ensure seamless student experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to identify defect causes and ensure timely fixes.
  • Create and maintain documentation to improve QA workflows.
  • Conduct manual testing and build automated test suites for faster release cycles.
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
  • Track and report bugs; manage testing cycles with similar tools.
  • Contribute to process improvements and release management practices.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Proficiency with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for product quality and continuous improvement.
