Key Position: Production Manager

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in managing daily operations and optimizing production processes. As our next Production Manager, you will oversee the entire production lifecycle from planning to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct production teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve manufacturing processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (desired).
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of lean principles, ISO standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Experience in using production planning software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
