Infrastructure Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and direct an innovative infrastructure engineering and operations team that delivers reliable, resilient, secure, and innovative infrastructure technologies.
  • Establish strategic direction for global GIS capabilities while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of infrastructure development and operations for the organization.
  • Define, lead, and build an elite, collaborative, and innovative team within a matrixed organization.
  • Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence across regions and functions.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in GIS capability areas, including Networking, Storage, Backup Archiving, Compute, Wintel, Unix, Virtualization, Continuous Monitoring, Infrastructure Automation, Cloud, DevOps Platform Engineering.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to lead large matrixed teams.
  • Experience driving transformation initiatives at global scale.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
