IT Infrastructure Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and the challenges faced by enterprises. This includes knowledge of current IT sourcing models, ITIL and ITOM fundamentals, and experience in pre-sales with IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply ITIL and ITOM principles to optimize business processes
  • Develop and maintain expertise in ISMS and RIMS technologies
  • Understand and address IT infrastructure challenges
  • Stay up-to-date on current IT sourcing models and pre-sales/solution design
  • Design and implement solutions, deploy new technology initiatives
  • Facilitate presentations, webinars, and conceptual design sessions
  • Collaborate with senior business managers, build solutions, and tailor proposals
  • Exhibit exceptional customer engagement skills as a trusted advisor
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
