Effective prevention of sexual harassment requires a comprehensive approach that involves collective responsibility and inclusive environments.

Role Overview:

The POSH Trainer and Associate will be responsible for delivering workshops and training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for various organizations. Key responsibilities include developing training materials, drafting legal documents, providing legal consultation and support regarding sexual harassment cases, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, and guiding on compliance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Material Development: Design and create engaging training materials that promote awareness and understanding of sexual harassment.
  • Legal Document Drafting: Prepare and draft legal documents related to sexual harassment cases, including complaints, responses, and settlements.
  • Legal Consultation and Support: Provide expert advice and guidance on legal matters related to sexual harassment, including case management and resolution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to sexual harassment, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Related Field: A degree in law or a related field is required, with a focus on employment law, human resources, or a related field.
  • Workshop and Presentation Skills: Proven ability to conduct engaging workshops and presentations on sensitive topics, including sexual harassment.
  • Knowledge of Sexual Harassment Laws and Regulations: Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to sexual harassment, including Title VII and other applicable statutes.
  • Experience in Training and Development: Experience in designing and delivering training programs, with a focus on sexual harassment prevention and response.
