Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project scope definition, resource planning, and delivery timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct impact analysis for change requests and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and development execution.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to validate system design and data flows meet product requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, underwriting/operations, IT teams, and external brokers/partners.
  • Drive consensus across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • CPCU, AINS certifications.
  • Deep understanding of commercial lines such as General Liability, Property, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, and others.
  • Experience with Guidewire and/or other leading policy admin systems.
  • Experience leading Agent or Broker Portal projects is required.
  • Understanding of portal UX design principles and ability to collaborate with design and CX teams.
