We are looking for an experienced and skilled Project Director to lead large-scale projects in the Banking and Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for complex implementations across geographies, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Manage multi-functional teams, foster collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Provide clear updates and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders, aligning expectations and objectives.
  • Drive Agile-based delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking using Jira and Confluence, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Deliver consistent and transparent project governance and reporting, enabling informed decision-making at all levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Banking or Insurance.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful, large-scale projects with complex requirements.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, tools (Jira, Confluence), and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Expertise in project governance, delivery management, escalation handling, and risk analysis.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
