About the Job

We are seeking a software developer with expertise in policy administration and hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy (DC PAS), eager to expand their skills and solve real business challenges in the insurance domain.

This is an opportunity to work on end-to-end development and headless API implementations for leading insurance carriers, expanding your technical capabilities and contributing to cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and unit test solutions in Duck Creek Policy (DC PAS).
  • Work on forms, pages, rating, rules, and user administration in DC PAS.
  • Implement Anywhere API and Headless integrations with Duck Creek.
  • Collaborate on XML configurations, tables, and custom workflows.
  • Work across multiple lines of business in insurance (Personal & Commercial).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Provide daily status updates to project leads and stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure delivery quality by adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with strong exposure to Duck Creek Policy (DC PAS).
  • Proven experience with Anywhere API and Headless implementations in Duck Creek.
  • Expertise in DC PAS policy pages, tables, forms, rating, and user administration.
  • Solid experience in the Insurance domain, with knowledge of policy administration processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
