Job Role


Our company is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the Train System Domain, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery commitments are met.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage global workload within the team effectively.
  • Ensure timely staffing during project ramp-ups.
  • Implement standard processes and tools across the organization.
  • Oversee Return of Experience (REX) between projects.
  • Support the Train System Metier Manager in forecasting and resource planning.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the TS Metier.

As a system leader, you will work closely with teams across the business, manage team activities, and resolve issues promptly. You will also be responsible for allocating resources to secure project success.

  • A degree in engineering or a Master's in engineering from a reputable university.
  • Experience or understanding of train engineering and development.
  • Knowledge of project management and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with our transport quality management system and engineering instructions.
  • Proficiency in English and the national language of the site.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
