We are hiring Director/Associate Director for our Training Team HCC Medical Coding Team.

Location: Hyderabad.

Experience: 13 or 15 Years

Current Designation should be a DGM or above

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director/Director- Training Medical Coding professional to join our team in Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in medical coding, especially into HCC Specialty, with a proven track record of managing large teams. The candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, client & training team handling experience, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and medical coding industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

1) Life Science graduation or any equivalent graduation with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects.

2) Master's degree in business administration preferred.

15 years of overall coding experience, out of which a minimum 5 years in team handling of a team size ranging between 250 – 600 team members. 3) Any one of the following coding certifications CPC, COC, CRC, CPC-P from AAPC CCS, CCS-P, CCA from AHIMA Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4) Strong managerial, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Hands on Experience in generating reports using MS Office - Excel, word and MS power point.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Oversees the daily operations of the coding unit including workload and staffing; hiring, disciplining, and performance appraisals; training; and monitoring quality of work.

2) Develops long-range and short-term goals, objectives, plans, and programs and ensures they are implemented.

3) Assists in planning, developing, and controlling the budget, including staffing costs, capital equipment, and operations of the coding unit. Evaluates the impact of innovations and changes in programs, policies, and procedures for the coding unit.

4) Designs and implements systems and methods to improve data accessibility. Identifies, assesses, and resolves problems.

5) Prepares administrative reports. Oversees and monitors the coding compliance program.

6) Develops and coordinates educational and training programs regarding elements of the coding compliance program such as appropriate documentation and accurate coding to all appropriate staff.

7) Ensures the appropriate dissemination and communication of regulatory, policy, and guideline changes.

8) Conducts and oversees coding audit efforts and coordinates monitoring of coding accuracy and documentation adequacy.
