Quantitative Trader Role

About the role

This is a challenging opportunity for skilled professionals to leverage their quantitative skills in trading.

We are seeking a highly motivated Quantitative Trader who will be responsible for developing and executing systematic trading strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hands-on experience in trading with a proven track record of delivering consistent profitability.
  • Domain expertise in global markets, specifically in F&O and HFT/MFT trading.
  • Experience in managing significant trading books and margins.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • A deep understanding of market microstructure, risk management, and trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute systematic trading strategies to deliver consistent profitability.
  2. Actively manage and optimize trading capital with a scalable strategy.
  3. Monitor and analyze market microstructure to adapt strategies to evolving market conditions.
  4. Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance strategy development.
  5. Leverage statistical, mathematical, and algorithmic tools to improve execution and performance outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on trading experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent profitability.
  • Domain expertise in global markets.
  • Experience in managing significant trading books and margins.
