SAP GTS Operations Specialist Role

This is a challenging role that involves working with SAP GTS, a global trade management system. As an operations specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the system to ensure seamless execution of trade processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: You will work on implementing and configuring the SAP GTS system to meet the business requirements. This includes setting up workflows, creating custom reports, and integrating with other systems.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support Engagement: Provide technical support to users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Development and Upgrade: Work on developments and upgrades to the SAP GTS system, including scoping, planning, and executing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-9 years of experience in SAP GTS, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and trade regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
