Job Title: International Trade Executive

We are seeking an accomplished International Trade Executive to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in international trade, logistics, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Operations:
    • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
    • Negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure the best rates and services.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including correspondence, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Familiarize yourself with relevant laws and regulations governing international trade, including customs procedures and tariffs.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and reports as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
