We're seeking a skilled Integration Specialist to contribute to the success of our Order Gateway team. As an Integration Specialist, your primary focus will be on exchange connectivity and system integration.

 

About the Role
  • Own order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations.
  • Drive system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions.
  • Optimize workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Participate in production support, release management, and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integration solutions using industry-standard protocols.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integration infrastructure.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on integration best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in systems integration, preferably with exposure to exchange connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with FIX protocol.
  • Proficiency in Linux environments.
  • Experience with C++ or Python is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and asset classes is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is preferred.
