Enterprise Sales Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Enterprise Sales Solutions Expert. This key position will be responsible for developing and implementing sales solutions that drive business growth and revenue enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate sales solutions, including CRM/ERP systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and SAP.
  • Optimize sales system architecture to enhance data flow, user experience, and overall business performance.
  • Lead system integration projects, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or data discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and ERP systems.
  • Experience with system integration tools, such as Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, and APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
