Job Title: AI Data Privacy Specialist

The primary responsibility of the AI Data Privacy Specialist is to configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data. They will enforce zero-retention policies, deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures to ensure seamless operation of AI tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
