Beauty Devices Innovation Strategist

This is a key role in our innovation team, responsible for developing and executing end-to-end innovation strategies for beauty devices and accessories.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hardware new product development (NPD) for small appliances/consumer electronics/beauty devices. They will also have strong vendor management skills, particularly in India/China/Korea, and hands-on experience with RFQs, BOMs, PPAP/FAT.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will be familiar with Indian and global compliance pathways for consumer devices. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty devices market and be able to develop effective strategies to meet customer needs and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end innovation strategies for beauty devices and accessories.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of components and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for consumer devices.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in hardware NPD for small appliances/consumer electronics/beauty devices.
  • Strong vendor management skills, particularly in India/China/Korea.
  • Familiarity with Indian and global compliance pathways for consumer devices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
