Job Title: Audio Device Design Leader

About the Role

As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for leading our team of designers in developing innovative audio devices. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing new audio converters catering to various market segments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products from concept to mass production.
  • Managing a team of engineers and contractors in designing complex devices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8-15 years of experience in RTL frontend design, digital filters, and low-power operation.
  • Excellent command of RTL design concepts and strong analytical skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in Digital Backend tools and DFT (Scan, MBIST etc).
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with people across different functions.
