About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team of skilled engineers working on cutting-edge audio devices.

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing new audio converters catering to diverse market segments, including PE, Automotive, and Industrial. The digital content on these products features DSPs for filters and signal processing blocks.

As a seasoned Design Manager, you will collaborate with various engineering teams, including analog design, layout, firmware, verification, validation, test, systems, applications, and marketing, to drive successful product execution from concept to volume production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-15 years of experience.

  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with Digital Back-end tools.
  • Experience with DFT (Scan, MBIST etc).
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to drive results.
  • Excellent time management skills for on-time project delivery.
