Job Title: Audio Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Engineering Lead to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge audio products.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across silicon, firmware, hardware, and software engineering disciplines to drive innovation and excellence in audio product development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the multi-functional audio feature enablement team for new products
  • Coordinating debug of issues and driving them to closure
  • Pulling together meetings, setting up clear agendas, and following up on action items
  • Delivering regular progress updates toward program goals
  • Making tough decisions based on partial or incomplete data

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in audio domain, specifically DSP firmware development
  • Strong C/C++ development skills with a good understanding of object-oriented design
  • Good understanding of audio fundamentals
  • Experience with Linux Audio (ALSA ASoC) Framework
  • Experience with audio transmission protocols like I2S/TDM, audio DAC/ADC
