Job Title:

Product Innovation Strategist

About the Role:

This role requires a skilled product manager who can drive business growth and product innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

They will be responsible for owning and driving the product roadmap, including product decisions, prioritization, and execution.

Additionally, they will conduct user interviews and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to inform product decisions.

They will also create detailed product specification documents for design and development teams and work closely with designers to bring ideas to life through user flows.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and able to operate in a dynamic environment.

They will have a rigorous, thorough, and detail-oriented approach, as well as high agency and adaptability.

Moreover, they will be willing to get hands-on with data analysis, customer interviews, and other tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management (B2B SaaS not required)
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Rigorous, thorough, and detail-oriented approach
  • High agency and adaptability
  • Comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections
