Are you a seasoned HubSpot expert looking for a challenging opportunity to shape the future of revenue operations? We seek a skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize full-funnel RevOps systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
- Lead End-to-End HubSpot Implementations:
- Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing to maximize conversion rates.
- Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations to streamline business operations.
- Implement integrations with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses) to create a unified data landscape.
- Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
- Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage data governance (properties, objects, workflows) within HubSpot to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to roll out a holistic RevOps framework for clients, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups (Marketing + CRM + CX).
- Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
- Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs).
- Analytical mindset — able to find leaks in the funnel and back it up with data.
- Bonus: exposure to Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar platforms.
