Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Assisting with reconciliations, data entry, and documentation to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Coordinating with the finance team to facilitate smooth and efficient operations
  • Learning and adapting to company policies, processes, and accounting systems to optimize performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and record-keeping
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights

Ambition and drive to learn and grow in a dynamic environment is a plus.
