About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our finance team with billing and payment tasks.

Job Description:

This is an entry-level position that involves working closely with our financial management team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and receipt of payments. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and sending invoices to clients, tracking outstanding invoices, and following up with clients to facilitate prompt payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track outstanding invoices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
  • Maintain accurate records of all invoicing and payment activities.
  • Assist with reconciling accounts receivable.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
