Expert Financial Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with financial data, gain hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, and develop your skills in budgeting and forecasting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns, such as GST/HST, payroll remittances, and corporate tax filings.
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with Canadian accounting and tax laws.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- CA or CA Intern with 1-3 years of experience in Canadian accounting or taxation.
- Proficiency with accounting and tax software, such as Profile, TaxCycle, CaseWare, or Cantax.
- Strong understanding of Canadian tax rules and filing procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
