Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an RM Support Role at JM Financial Services Ltd. The RM Support role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The individual will assist with analytical tasks to help in understanding and resolving client issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Strong Customer Support and Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
