Account Manager responsible for supporting RM in managing relationships with Affluent & Super Affluent clients (1 Cr+ investments). The role involves offering tailored investment advice, and delivering exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Portfolio Strategy
- Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in creating financial plans tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor and report portfolio performance, highlighting asset allocation and IRR.
- Identify deviations between actual client portfolios and strategic plans, and suggest actionable steps to realign.
2. Portfolio Opportunities & Research
- Identify opportunities within client portfolios based on product team recommendations.
- Evaluate and support investments across mutual funds, structured products, alternatives, and changes in house views on asset classes.
3. Business Development Support
- Assist RMs in acquiring prospective client databases.
- Maintain and update referral databases to support new client acquisition.
4. Documentation & Transactions
- Execute mutual fund transactions, including financial and non-financial requests (e.g., mandate changes).
- Support structured product transactions for clients.
- Assist in broking and demat account opening processes.
5. Client Servicing
- Attend to client queries promptly and ensure high service standards.
- Provide ongoing support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Post Graduate with 1+ years of experience in private banking/wealth management.
- Strong analytical and client relationship management skills.
- Experience selling Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products.
- Experience in cold calling and lead Generation.
