Job Title: Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable.

Location: Pirangut, Pune.

Salary Range: Rs 7-9 Lacs P.A.
Qualifications: M. Com / MBA (Finance).
Experience: 7-8 Years Experience (Working Knowledge SAP is mandatory)
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, managing customer accounts, resolving billing issues, and supporting month-end closing activities. The role involves supervising AR staff, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable cycle: invoice processing, customer aging, reconciliation.
• Preparation and follow-up of Bank Guarantees (BGs) – advance, performance, and security.
• Monitoring customer Outstanding and timely follow-ups for collections.
• Reconciliation of customer accounts and resolving disputes.
• Coordination with Sales, Projects & Legal teams for customer documentation and collections.
• Timely sharing of SoA (Statement of Accounts) with customers and Sales Person
• Preparation of MIS reports: ageing, DSO, collection forecast, etc.
• Ensure compliance for AR – GSTR-1 reconciliation, tax invoices, and credit notes.
• Support in SAP entries and process improvement initiatives.
Scope: Customer Billing & Receivables Management, Bank Guarantee (BG) Drafting & Management. Customer Account Reconciliation & Coordination, SAP System & Documentation, Reporting & Management Dashboards, Target-Oriented Collections
