Job Title:

Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the company's financial activities. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

  • Accounting Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, preparing and assisting in day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements, monitoring cash books, and resolving any discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, as well as other relevant accounting schedules.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and assisting in the preparation of tax returns and GST returns.
  • Audit Support: Assisting in the preparation of documentations to support external and internal audits.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Performing ad-hoc analysis and tasks assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements:

Experience: Mid-level candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting working experience.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Experience in SAP, Xero, or Tally accounting software preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in accounting or other professional accounting qualification, with working knowledge of India FRS / IFRS standards.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Be meticulous, organized with high attention to details.
