Job Title: Administrative Executive
About the Role:We are seeking dynamic professionals to support and manage administrative operations across our corporate and branch offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily administrative tasks including paperwork, records management, and office upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors for services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle requisitions for non-job-related payments, maintaining accurate records and liaising with accounts for timely settlements.
- Organize travel, accommodation, and event logistics, ensuring smooth execution and minimizing disruptions.
- Monitor admin expenses, assist in budget tracking, and prepare summary reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining a culture of integrity and transparency.
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic budgeting and vendor management principles.
- Good communication and coordination ability, with experience working in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Logy-sis or any accounting software, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
