Job Title: Hybrid Vehicle Fuel Systems Engineer
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Hybrid Vehicle Fuel Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with engineering tools and delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and validate fuel system components (pipes, tanks, pumps, valves, etc.) for hybrid vehicle programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CAD Engineers, Lead Engineers, SMEs, and suppliers for design releases and issue resolution.
- Ensure vehicle installation feasibility and compliance with powertrain functionality.
- Manage suppliers for timely delivery, quality compliance, and technical support.
- Work with program management systems (PCDS, eAPQP, EBER) for robust program delivery.
- Utilize 3DX tools for design, validation, and release.
- Prepare and present technical documents/reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–9 years of experience in fuel system component design/development.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle installation and powertrain requirements.
- Experience in supplier management and cross-functional communication.
- Familiarity with program management systems (PCDS, eAPQP, EBER).
- Hands-on experience with 3DX CAD tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
