Reservations Executive Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle client inquiries and bookings via phone, email, or online platforms with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Identify new business opportunities by crafting personalized packages and promotions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage customer data within the Central Reservation System while ensuring seamless payment processing.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates through major online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations, preferably within the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
