Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Business Director to lead our Pune branch.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the overall business performance of the Pune branch, driving sales and operations with a team of 5–6 professionals.

Your key areas of focus include:

  • Leading and managing the overall business strategy for the Pune branch.
  • Developing and executing end-to-end sales activities including market research, lead generation, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets and profit margins.
  • Negotiating and closing high-value technology deals.
  • Preparing and presenting techno-commercial proposals to Boards and key decision-makers.
  • Conceptualizing and proposing software licensing, IT services, and cloud infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Ensuring complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch Profit & Loss.
  • Strengthening relationships with existing customers and promoting additional solutions, upgrades, and value-added services.
  • Providing timely and accurate reporting via CRM and organizational reporting tools.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8–10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, IT Services, Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (Team management experience mandatory).
  • Strong experience in Key Account Management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented professionals with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
