
Business Growth Director

This is a critical leadership role that oversees the overall performance of a branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the effective management of resources.
Main Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales to achieve business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to inform business decisions.
- Financial Planning: Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Performance Management: Meet goals and metrics by monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Budget Management: Manage budget effectively to allocate resources efficiently.
- Leadership Development: Bring out the best of team members by providing training, coaching, development and motivation to enhance their skills and performance.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs to promote collaboration and innovation.
- Customer and Employee Satisfaction: Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly to ensure a positive work environment and excellent customer experience.
- Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws to maintain a reputation for integrity and trustworthiness.
- Networking: Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company in the industry.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration to inform business strategy.
- Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
