Job Description

The client is transforming the way people receive care, leveraging tech and empowering carers to focus on what they do best. Our goal is to onboard new hires efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Role Objectives:
  • Meet personal monthly hiring targets.
  • Enable regions and branches to achieve their monthly hiring targets.
  • Manage a pipeline of up to 100 candidates, aiming to convert 20+ hires to new starters per month.
Responsibilities:
  1. Engage inbound applicants promptly, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  2. Support candidates through the hiring process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  3. Ensure checks are completed correctly with no errors, maintaining CQC regulations compliance.
  4. Coordinate training sessions, liaise with trainers, and arrange confirmations.
  5. Liaise with Branch Managers and Regional Directors for risk assessments and candidate coordination.
  6. Process contracts, complete Carer Sign Off forms, and co-sign off team members' candidates.
  7. Manage candidate files, Compliance Tracker, and Applicant Tracking System data.
  8. Educate issues and blockages to Team Leaders in a timely manner.
Systems and Documentation:
  1. Maintain real-time updates on the Compliance and Daily Trackers.
  2. Utilize the ATS to record communication with candidates and ensure timely status updates.
Measures of Success:
  • New hires onboarded per week/month.
  • Candidates booked to and attending training sessions.
  • Time to hire from candidate acceptance to first solo shift.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrator role within HR or Recruitment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.

UK daytime working hours apply:

  • 13:30 PM – 22:00 PM IST (9:00 am - 17:30pm GMT).
