Job Opportunity

As a patient counsellor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide empathetic guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment procedures, packages, and post-treatment care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer counsel to patients and their families on treatment options and facilities in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Handle patient inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) and convert them into registrations/bookings.
  • Maintain follow-ups with patients to ensure timely decision-making and admissions.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and other departments for seamless patient coordination.
  • Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, counselling reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance patient awareness and reach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Management preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare/hospital background preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred).
