Patient Care Representative

As a Telecaller Executive, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care through effective communication.
This individual will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to address patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with empathy and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless patient experience.
The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to handle patients with care and respect.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability, ensuring seamless patient experience.
- Maintain detailed call records and update CRM/HMIS systems for efficient data management.
- Collaborate closely with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree with strong communication skills in multiple languages.
- Prior experience in healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems.
